The Electoral Commission today the 20 th June 2025, officially registered a new political
party, namely Seychelles People’s National Movement with acronym SPNM after its
resolution for approval of registration on the 10 th June 2025.

The Commission in accordance with the Political Parties (Registration and Regulations)
Act, submitted to SPNM a Certificate of Registration, stamped copies of their
Constitution and Manifesto, and copies of the Political Parties Act and Elections Act.

The registered office bearers are as follows;
• Party Leader: Mr Robert Moumou
• Secretary General: Ms Virginia Larue
• Treasurer: Mr Richard Bossy
